If you’re looking to make some extra cash online, then you should give Humanatic a try.

What is Humanatic?

This is a website which pays you to listen to calls and tag them accordingly (sounds easy huh), well it is and it isn’t, I’ll explain later.

What to expect a short overview

When you sign up if you are accepted you will receive an email letting you know. Logging on for the first time you will be prompted to watch a welcome video, watching this welcome video will give you your first earning from this company, as you are paid $1 just to watch the video, a sort of welcome gift. There isn’t much training offered as to how to tag the calls in each category, you will be given an overview on what the categories are about and few scenarios as to how to tag calls in these categories. When you sign in for the first time you will get a small exercise to do, so that you will have a little understanding as to what is expected of you.

As a newbie you are given two categories to start off, these categories are inbound and outbound calls, if you keep your percentage above 92% in all categories then you will unlock higher paying categories. These two categories that you start out with will offer basically 1cent each, these two categories are quite easy to maneuver. With inbound calls, you want to tag the time that the caller connects to the intended person or another qualified agent that was able to handle the caller’s queries. The first person that answers the call isn’t necessarily the intended person or another qualified agent as most of these calls go through a receptionist who will then transfer the call and there are times when someone may call to speak with a specific person.

or should I say challenge your penalty, state your case as to why you think you are right and the others are not and believe me a lot of the time you may be correct and have the penalty removed. When you state your case the call is looked over by members who are called super-humans (these are members who have done well and have been promoted to mediate/audit calls) if they think you are correct they will lift the penalty if not they will let it remain. But there are some categories that either other's don’t read the overview properly or they just don’t care so you may end up having to state your case on more calls that you would like to, this can be time-consuming and takes away from you making more money. I say this because instead of listening to new calls to increase your earnings, you have to use the time to challenge others mistakes in order to get back the money you already earned. Another problem with having the penalty lifted is that after it is lifted, all your earnings aren’t restored which I think is not fair. So say you were listening to calls in a category that pays 2 cents and you get penalized for a call, the amount taken will be 3x what u earned, but when the penalty is lifted you only get back the 2 cents which you got on that call (not so fair huh).

How to earn


As far as earnings on each category goes you may earn from 1 cent up to 27 cents. The highest paying categories are call summary categories which means you will have to listen to the calls and summarize them, so in this category you will have to do some typing but it’s really isn’t a lot of typing because as I said you summarize what is said in the call picking out the important points which the overview will tell you what these important points are. If you are great at listening to audio and summarizing it in a short time then this category would be great for you to increase your earnings, but after you summarize the calls you do have to tag them as well just like you would in the other categories. The summary can be a bit of a challenge when the calls are lengthy I mean I’ve come across a lot of these long calls that just makes your head spin lol I remember seeing once a call that was 30 minutes long needless to say I had a headache the moment I saw the length of the call. There are times when you will come across premium calls these calls pay more than the regular calls, they can be found in each category and is stated above the call that the call is premium and how much you will earn for the call. So let’s say you’re doing a call in the category Call Summary: Patient Pursuit a regular call would pay you 21 cents but a premium call would pay 27 cents. It may seem like it’s not much, but it does add up. But you have to master the categories in order to move quickly and accurately in order to earn a lot something I have yet to do. But if you check the leader board or speak with some members of Humanatic, you will see earnings more than $50 per day, so it’s possible to earn a bit on this website. But to earn this much you would have to treat it like a full time job, as these members work a good 8-12 hours. The highest I have seen anyone make is $100, but like myself and everyone else we think these people are cheating the system, and Humanatic does encourage its members to alert them if they see anyone who seem suspicious in their earnings.



Bonus

Bonuses are offered on calls which are correctly tagged, the amount of bonus received depends on the amount paid by each category. If you have correctly tagged a call in say a category that pays 5 cents, then you will receive 5 cents in bonus credit on that call, not all calls that you correctly tag however will give you a bonus as bonuses are randomly given. They have recently launched a new beta version of their website which offers a bonus when you first start using it, bonuses are offered for each level you complete the levels are from 1-30 the highest level paying $5, but when you reach level 30 that’s it for earning a bonus for leveling up. Another way to earn bonus is to, increase the amount you earn each day, if you are able to make it onto the leaderboard among the top 25 earners for the day you will be given a bonus of $10. So there are a lot of ways to earn bonuses on Humanatic.

Payment

Humanatic is really great at paying their workers, they always pay on time, if payment is late then there must be some problem that is out of their control. For the few months I have been with them I have never received a late payment. Payments are made weekly between Monday to Tuesday I have received payment as late in the night as minutes after 11, I do have to commend them on their prompt payments. Depending on where you fall in the queue, will decide on which one of the days listed above you will receive payment. You can request your payment as late as Monday but the cutoff point is 12 noon. The earlier you request payment, the quicker you will get paid.

How to sign up


I see a lot of people asking how do they get into Humanatic, they have applied and they have been denied. To be honest I really do not know all that they are looking for. I do know that the job you are currently doing or your past jobs have a lot to do with the process. As they state on their website when you sign up that the field you work in could be a conflict of interest and if it is you won’t be accepted. So if you say worked in or you are currently working in the car dealing industry that would be a conflict of interest. In closing, I will say that this is a good online job to earn a little extra cash and depending on your cost of living and the number of hours you have to dedicate to this job, how fast and accurately you work this could also be used as your main source of earnings. Humanatic hires people from around the world so it’s not just limited to the United States which is great for anyone outside the US looking to earn online. It’s worth giving it a try it may be for you or it may not be for you, but you won’t know unless you give it try.
